The Codex
This body of work examines the power, silence, and mythology embedded within Roman Catholic institutions — with particular focus on the influence and abuses of the Vatican. The faceless, ritualized figures reflect both the weight of inherited faith and the corruption concealed within it, as experienced through my own Calabrian heritage. Most titles are rendered in the Calabrese dialect to root the work in the ancestral language and culture shaped by these forces.
The Codex
This work examines the power and silence within Roman Catholic institutions, focusing on the abuses of the Vatican. Faceless, ritualized figures reflect the weight of inherited faith and the corruption it conceals, rooted in my Calabrian heritage and expressed through the Calabrese dialect.
I speak only against the Vatican’s corruption and cover-ups — never against any faith, religion, culture, or institution beyond it.
